A considered first conversation.

Include the location, intended use and status of any drawings. Identify appointed designers and the details still being explored. The actual business must confirm coverage, availability and scope before any appointment. Do not send sensitive documents through the initial form.

Browse the service descriptions and preparation guide to understand the information needed. For a proposal conversation, distinguish retained fabric, new work and owner-supplied items. Note which information remains provisional; an inquiry is not a quotation or agreement to begin work.

Tell us about your project using the inquiry form.

Do not send passwords, financial details or sensitive documents through this form.

    USEFUL QUESTIONS

    Before the next step.

Yes, a conversation can identify priorities and missing information. State the drawing status and appointed designers. A construction proposal still needs a defined scope and the appropriate assessments; an early discussion does not turn incomplete drawings into approved information.

Compare the priced drawing revisions, specification, allowances, exclusions and responsibilities. Check owner-supplied items and review arrangements. Two totals may describe different work, even when they use the same room or material names.

Agree samples around the decisions they support and the ordering sequence. Specify whether the review concerns color, workmanship or a junction. A loose finish sample does not approve the complete assembly.

Identify the location, reason and current drawing. Ask the relevant appointed people to review effects on adjoining work, cost and sequence. Keep an accepted instruction distinguishable from an option still being explored.
